February 2013 - Hellertown PA, Philadelphia PA and Baltimore MD
February was a really fun month. We had some good snow to play in and we took a couple trips to the nearby cities of Philadelphia and Baltimore.
Big J showing his love of a nice snowfall. Especially when the sun comes out right afterwards so you can play in the snow and be warm.
Rylea doesn't like to have snowballs thrown at her but she is more than happy to throw them at others. Lucky for her she has a great brother who doesn't mind acting as the target.
James and I spent a day in Philly and tried to pack in as much as we could. We started at the Franklin Institute where J enjoyed the Physics room and the Electricity room.
No trip to Philly would be complete without a run up the Art Museum steps in a re-enactment of Rocky.
We ended the day watching the LA Clippers vs Philadelphia 76ers game at the Wells Fargo Center. The highlights of the evening were James getting the autograph of Dorell Wright (current 76er but former Heat player and 2006 MBA Champion), and the Clipper's Blake Griffin's many dunks during the one sided victory.
Over President's Day Weekend we took a trip down to Baltimore where we visited the National Aquarium in the Inner Harbor.
The kids loved the dolphin show. The photo on the right was taken right as the dolphin's used their tails to splash the crowd.
After the aquarium in the morning we visited Fort McHenry in the afternoon.
